About Us
At Timeless Interiors, we are dedicated to transforming your vision into reality by leveraging our expertise to reimagine spaces. Our certified Interior Architect and Designer excels in both residential and commercial projects, including cafes, restaurants, retail spaces, and church design.
With an educational and experiential background spanning Europe, New Zealand, and South Asia, we specialize in Tropical Architecture, Green Design, and the renovation of historical heritage mansions.
Over the past four years, we've successfully ventured into the charming realm of farm-style - rural design, creating stunning kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries. Our proficiency is supported by an extensive and diverse portfolio, showcasing a wide range of technical drawings, high-quality renders, and photographs of completed projects!

Living & Dining
Our aim was to achieve a contemporary living and dining design infused with New Zealand rimu wood, featuring stunning nature views, local furniture and luxurious, extravagant lighting fixtures.
Mid-Century living room design infused with tropical accents.
Our aim was to bring the outside in and adapt the client's preferred mid-century style to today's trends with a tropical vbe to fit the location.
We studied furniture and colors in this project, aiming to combine clean Japanese elements with rough natural textures and vibrant Brazilian colors to bring in the Amazonian vibe of the villa.
We aimed to achieve a blend of Japanese wabi-sabi aesthetic infused with a clean, contemporary touch.
The linen and velvet fabric combined with matte leather and tropical plants creates the desired vibe and the mood we were after!
Maybe one of our favourite projects!
In this project, we aimed for a monochrome natural color scheme, creating tranquility and coziness through lighting.
This personal villa, which the owners are considering using as an Airbnb, embodies these design goals.
Travertine, teak wood, and linen fabrics are soft accents added to this minimalistic style.
Our versatile vision and skills are vividly demonstrated in the beauty of contemporary industrial style, one of the most prevalent styles in both our residential and commercial projects.
These two living room designs for a duplex villa elegantly highlight our approach and expertise
The use of volcanic rock in this project was both intriguing and unexpected. We were pleasantly surprised by how well it complemented walnut wood, resulting in a combination that delighted both us and our clients.
Using black slate as a feature on the walls allowed us to explore unique natural stone options and achieve the cave-like mood we were aiming for!
Guided by our ethos of versatility and a deep understanding of art history and historical styles, we eagerly embraced the challenge of these two unique projects, which were quite different from our previous work. We had the pleasure of collaborating with clients who are artists, including admirers of Picasso and Cubism. Embracing this challenge, we integrated Victorian-style elements with an interpreted Picasso/cubist mural, resulting in a unique and captivating space.
Who says that historical houses with classical or Victorian architectural elements are out of style? We believe in the value of these interiors and the transformative power of knowledge to revitalize them. Here are two of our favorite projects that demonstrate how traditional elements can be reimagined to meet contemporary standards.

Kitchen & Dining
Our aim was to create two luxurious guest kitchens within the same residence, each located in distinct areas of the house. We showcased the beauty of polished Calacatta Marble and walnut wood in these spaces. Since the kitchens are not primarily used for daily cooking, we focused more on aesthetics than on functional elements as per client request!
In the past year, an increasing number of clients building luxurious residences have begun using sculleries as their main kitchens for daily cooking, while reserving the front kitchen for breakfast and guest services like coffee and tea. This trend has led to a rising demand for designing aesthetically pleasing kitchens visible from living areas, alongside functional, hidden cooking spaces. Here are two more examples of our aesthetically designed kitchens.
The tropical kitchen design(left) aimed to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces, focusing on natural wood textures and tones. Functionality was a key priority, ensuring the space was both aesthetically pleasing and practical
For the kitchen below, we aimed to blend functionality with a contemporary aesthetic that brings the outside in and the inside out, while emphasizing the stunning view of the European mountains.

Bathroom Design
On the left, we've designed a resort-style bathroom inspired by Balinese tropical interiors. This space features tropical jungle plants, offering a sense of tranquility and a connection with nature through the floor-to-ceiling sliding windows that can be open during the hot season!
Below is a family residence bathroom located in New Zealand. We used Ascale porcelain as the primary material, complemented by microcement and recessed warm lighting to add a touch of elegance
We designed this bathroom with a focus on Oriental minimalism that presented a unique challenge.
A deep understanding of the cultural context was essential to create a sleek, minimalist, and luxurious space with Oriental touches, tailored to our Iraqi client’s preferences.

Bedroom Design
Our goal was to infuse coziness with
a rural farm style from the province when creating the color scheme and design of this room.
From the furniture to the art and decorative objects, the entire
process was fascinating.
We enjoy immersing ourselves in
your project’s story, much like
an actor stepping into a role.
Showcasing two of our classic-style bedrooms, which are part of a four-bedroom house.
On the left, a navy blue accent was incorporated as part of the home's overall color scheme.
For the bedroom below, a monochrome color scheme was chosen to create a sleek, calming atmosphere infused with elegance
These two bedrooms, part of the same residence, feature reintegrated mid-century furniture. Given the clients' love for grey, we allowed it to take center stage, especially in the bedroom on the left with its achromatic color scheme, highlighted through a marmorino feature wall, drapes, and polished concrete floor!

Commercial Design
Project 1
We designed this cafe with Scandinavian style in mind, aiming to infuse it with fluidity and softness through shapes and lighting fixtures.
Project 2
When designing the café-restaurant for Demalis, we envisioned a typical Irish bar so, we transposed that idea into a daytime café.
Downstairs, clients have the option to dine in or take away, while upstairs, the larger space serves as a full restaurant.
This project has become one of our favorites in 2024!
Project 3
Drive-thru café interior and exterior design.
This innovative business idea was implemented in Alba-Iulia, Romania.
Starting from the concept of a container café, we developed it into a sleek Scandinavian design for both the interior and exterior.
Project 4
A kiosk café designed to achieve a sweetened industrial style infused with gold accents, as per the client's request. We handled both the exterior and interior design for this project
Project 5
As I post the first two renders of our Afrocentric aesthetic restaurant, we're still working on the project, which is set to be completed in six weeks. We're excited to explore this style for the first time, delving into the culture, unique materials, and artworks associated with it.
Project 6
One of our first café designs, encompassing both exterior and interior elements, began as a container concept and evolved into a structure built from sandwich panels and metal.
Originally named The Aroma Cafe, it has since rebranded as Impresso.
Following their Instagram page and seeing their progress over time fills us with nostalgia. We truly loved this project!
Project 7
Burger Restaurant and Coffee to Go
A rebranding project for a chain of 16 restaurants, starting with this flagship location.
The business concept was elevated from fast food takeout to a dine-in experience featuring handmade burgers and a chef. Additionally, a coffee corner was added, catering to both
dine-in customers and offering a convenient takeaway option.

Alina - Landscape & House Design
Working with Lavinia has been an immense blessing. Her dedication to perfection and honesty is truly admirable. I am now living in my dream home with meticulously designed front and back gardens. After a disappointing experience with a previous designer, Lavinia not only managed to salvage the project but also created a harmonious design for our neoclassical-style house. Additionally, she completely transformed the landscape, even including a stunning swimming pool.

Steve- Renovation of a Historic Residence
Our chance encounter occurred unexpectable. Upon discovering that she was a designer, I couldn't help but feel that fate was smiling upon me. At that particular juncture when we were earnestly seeking a reliable designer to revamp our inherited house, which boasted prominent French provincial details, it seemed as though the universe was showering its favor upon us. Up to this point, our collaboration has been incredibly seamless, and each room has undergone a transformation beyond what we could have imagined. The impact goes beyond just her knowledge structure and drafting rendering skills; it's also her modest approach that makes the entire experience so delightful to navigate.Expressing gratitude to Lavinia!
